कजगाव,ता. भडगाव – कजगाव–पारोळा या महत्त्वाच्या मुख्य रस्त्याचे डांबरीकरण व विस्तारीकरणाचे काम सुरू असल्याने गेल्या काही दिवसांपासून वाहतूक तात्पुरत्या पर्यायी मार्गावर वळविण्यात आली आहे. मात्र हा पर्यायी मार्ग सुरक्षित न ठेवल्यामुळे नागरिकांचे हाल अधिकच वाढले आहेत. मार्गावर मोठ्या प्रमाणात खडी पसरलेली असून त्यामुळे रस्त्यावर घसरण्याची शक्यता कायम असल्याने अपघातांची संख्या दिवसेंदिवस वाढत आहे.
वाहतूक सर्रास सुरू असलेल्या या मार्गावर सकाळ आणि संध्याकाळच्या वेळेत वाहनांची मोठी गर्दी दिसून येते. खडीचा थर रुळून कठीणपणे मार्ग तयार होईपर्यंत संबंधित विभागाने नियमित देखभाल करणे आवश्यक असूनही या दिशेने दुर्लक्ष झाल्याचा आरोप नागरिकांकडून केला जात आहे. दोनचाकी, चारचाकी तसेच मालवाहतूक वाहने सुद्धा या मार्गावरून जात असल्याने धोका अधिक वाढला आहे.
अपघातांचे प्रमाण वाढ — नागरिक त्रस्त
स्थानिकांच्या मते, मागील आठवड्यात या मार्गावर छोटे–मोठे असे अनेक अपघात घडले असून अनेक वाहनचालकांना किरकोळ तसेच गंभीर दुखापती झाल्या आहेत. यापैकी बहुतेक घटनांमध्ये खडीमुळे वाहनांचे नियंत्रण सुटणे हीच मुख्य कारणीभूत बाब असल्याचे त्यांनी सांगितले. काही दोनचाकी चालक प्रत्यक्ष संतुलन राखण्याचा प्रयत्न करताना रस्त्याच्या कडेला आदळून पडल्याच्या घटना देखील घडल्या आहेत.
प्रशासनाकडे वारंवार तक्रारी — तरीही कारवाई नाही
ग्रामस्थ, व्यापारी तसेच वाहनधारकांनी या समस्येकडे प्रशासन व कंत्राटदार कंपनीने तातडीने लक्ष द्यावे म्हणून अनेक वेळा तक्रारी केल्या. तसेच पर्यायी मार्गावर नियमितपणे पाणी शिंपडणे, खडी हटविणे, चेतावणी फलक लावणे यासाठी मागणी करण्यात आली. मात्र अद्याप कोणतीही ठोस कार्यवाही न झाल्याने नाराजी तीव्र झाली आहे.
कजगाव–नागाद (SH-39) या महत्त्वाच्या राज्य मार्गावरील रस्त्याकरिता मंजूर करण्यात आलेल्या दुरुस्ती कामात गंभीर अनियमितता व दर्जाहीन कामकाज सुरू असल्याचा मोठा आरोप ग्रामस्थांकडून करण्यात आला आहे. चेनज 59/900 ते 60/200 या दरम्यान ठेकेदाराकडून बेस लेयरमध्ये अत्यंत कमी मुरूम टाकण्यात आला असून, इस्टिमेटनुसार आवश्यक पातळी व मोजमाप न करता थेट खडीकरण टाकण्यास सुरुवात करण्याचा प्रयत्न सुरू असल्याचे प्रत्यक्ष पाहणीदरम्यान उघड झाले.
PWDच्या नियमांची पायमल्ली.?
ग्रामस्थांच्या मते, सार्वजनिक बांधकाम विभागाचे इस्टिमेट, मोजमाप पुस्तिका व तांत्रिक निकष पूर्णपणे बाजूला सारून रस्त्याचे काम मनमानीपद्धतीने केले जात आहे. कामस्थळी ना अभियंता, ना कोणतेही निरीक्षण, तर ठेकेदाराच्या इच्छेनुसार काम सुरू असल्याचा गंभीर आरोप नागरिकांनी केला आहे.
“कामाची पातळी, मजबुती, मुरूम–खडीचे प्रमाण, रोलिंग यांसह कोणत्याही तांत्रिक प्रक्रियेचे पालन होत नाही. नियमांप्रमाणे बेस मजबूत नसेल तर संपूर्ण रस्ता काही दिवसांत उखडणार हे निश्चित” — असे संतप्त ग्रामस्थांनी सांगितले.
दीर्घकाळचा विलंब, आता निकृष्ट काम
सदर रस्ता अत्यंत वर्दळीचा असून कजगाव, नागाद, भोकरदन, धामोडे परिसरातील शेतकरी, व्यापारी व नागरिक यांचा मोठ्या प्रमाणात या मार्गावरून वाहतूक होतो. तरीही या रस्त्याच्या दुरुस्तीचे काम अनेक महिन्यांपासून रखडले होते. आणि अखेर काम सुरू झाले तरी तांत्रिक दर्जाकडे संपूर्ण दुर्लक्ष झाल्याने नागरिकांमध्ये संताप वाढला आहे.
रस्ता धोकादायक होण्याची भीती
वाहनधारकांनी स्पष्ट इशारा दिला आहे की
> “अल्प मुरूम व चुकीच्या खडीकरणामुळे रस्ता काही दिवसांतच खोबणीदार व गचकेदार होईल. अपघातांची शक्यता वाढेल आणि शेवटी मूळ खर्च दुप्पट करून पुन्हा दुरुस्ती करावी लागेल.”
यामुळे सार्वजनिक निधीचा प्रचंड अपव्यय होणार असल्याची नागरिकांची भीती व्यक्त होत आहे.
लेखी तक्रार दाखल
या संदर्भात कजगाव येथील रहिवासी भूषण नामदेव पाटील यांनी 21 नोव्हेंबर 2025 रोजी सार्वजनिक बांधकाम विभाग (PWD), पाचोरा कार्यालयात लिखित तक्रार दाखल केली असून तत्काळ पाहणी करून कामाचा दर्जा तपासावा आणि निकृष्ट काम थांबवावे अशी स्पष्ट मागणी केली आहे.
पडद्याआड आर्थिक अनियमिततेची शंका.?
नागरिकांच्या म्हणण्यानुसार, बेसमध्ये कमी मुरूम, कमी खडी व अपुरी लेव्हलिंग केल्यास खर्च कमी होऊन आर्थिक गैरव्यवहार करण्यास मार्ग मोकळा होतो. त्यामुळे संपूर्ण कामाची चौकशी करण्याचीही मागणी होत आहे.
नागरिकांचा इशारा – “तत्काळ कारवाई न झाल्यास रस्त्यावर उतरणार”
ग्रामस्थांनी स्पष्ट केले:
> “निकृष्ट काम थांबवून तांत्रिक नियमांनुसार नव्याने मांडणी करावी, अन्यथा मोठ्या आंदोलनास बाध्य होऊ.”

सध्या PWDकडून या तक्रारीची दखल घेतली आहे का, पाहणी झाली आहे का, याबाबत निश्चित माहिती मिळालेली नाही. मात्र परिसरात वाढत चाललेला संताप पाहता पुढील काही दिवसात या विषयावर मोठी घडामोड होण्याची शक्यता नाकारता येत नाही.

पुजन करुन पुष्प अर्पण करण्यात आले. या कार्यक्रमाचे उदघाटन गोंडगाव येथील लोकनियुक्त सरपंच राहुल पाटील यांच्या हस्ते फित कापुन करण्यात आले. याप्रसंगी विदयालयाचे मुख्याध्यापक बी. जी. नन्नावरे,पालक सभेचे उपाध्यक्ष जितेंद्र पाटील, जि. प. प्राथमिक शाळेचे व्यवस्थापन समितीचे अध्यक्ष राहुल सोनार, माजी अध्यक्ष ललीत मांडोळे तसेच विदयालयाचे शिक्षक, शिक्षकेतर कर्मचारी बांधव, विदयार्थी, विदयार्थीनी उपस्थित होते. या कार्यक्रमासाठी विज्ञान शिक्षक सी. एस. सोन्नीस , सांस्कृतीक प्रमुख पी. व्हि. सोळंके आदिंनी विदयार्थ्यांना मार्गदर्शन केले.या विज्ञान प्रदर्शनात विदयार्थ्यांनी विविध माॅडेल तयार करुन मांडले. तसेच माॅडेल विषयी सविस्तर माहिती दिली.या प्रदर्शनात एकुण ३६ विदयार्थ्यांनी सहभाग नोंदविला होता. विदयार्थ्यांमधुन १ ते ३ क्रमांक निवड करण्यात आली. परीक्षक म्हणुन एस. आर. पाटील, आर. एस. सैंदाणे यांनी कामकाज पाहीले. यावेळी विदयार्थ्यांचे कौतुक करण्यात आले.या कार्यक्रमासाठी संपुर्ण स्टाॅफचे अनमोल सहकार्य लाभले.

राज्यभर ईएसआयसी रुग्णालयांसाठी सरकारी जमीन विनामूल्य; आरोग्यसेवा प्रगतिच्या दिशेने मोठे पाऊल
मुंबई (गुरुदत्त वाकदेकर) : राज्यातील कामगारांसाठी आरोग्यसेवांचा विस्तार अधिक वेगाने आणि कार्यक्षमतेने करण्यासाठी महाराष्ट्र सरकारने दि. २१ नोव्हेंबर २०२५ रोजी एक महत्त्वपूर्ण आणि दूरगामी निर्णय जाहीर केला. कर्मचारी राज्य विमा महामंडळाच्या (ईएसआयसी) रुग्णालयांसाठी लागणारी सरकारी जमीन पूर्णपणे महसूलमुक्त आणि सारा माफ करून विनामूल्य उपलब्ध करून देण्यास महसूल विभागाने मंजुरी दिली. मुख्यमंत्री देवेंद्र फडणवीस यांच्या सूचनेनुसार महसूलमंत्री चंद्रशेखर बावनकुळे यांनी शासन निर्णय जारी केला असून, या पावलामुळे राज्यातील आरोग्यसेवा पायाभूत सुविधा बळकट होऊन कामगारांना अधिक सुलभ उपचारसुविधा मिळणार आहेत.
छत्रपती संभाजीनगर जिल्ह्यातील करोडी येथे १५ एकर गायरान जमीन २०० खाटांच्या ईएसआयसी रुग्णालयासाठी विनामूल्य देण्यास जून २०२५ मध्ये मंत्रिमंडळाने मान्यता दिली होती. या निर्णयाला आधार मानून राज्यभर ज्या ज्या ठिकाणी ईएसआयसी रुग्णालयांचे प्रस्ताव प्रलंबित आहेत, तेथे उपलब्ध सरकारी जमिनी याच नियमांनुसार विनामूल्य देण्यात येणार असल्याचे सरकारने स्पष्ट केले आहे. राज्यातील कामगारवर्गाला अत्यावश्यक आरोग्यसेवा उपलब्ध करून देण्याच्या उद्दिष्टाने घेतलेला हा निर्णय आरोग्यसेवा विस्ताराला निश्चितच गती देणारा ठरणार आहे.

ईएसआयसी रुग्णालयांच्या क्षमतेनुसार आवश्यक जमिनीचे क्षेत्रफळही शासनाने निश्चित केले आहे. एफएसआय १.५ किंवा २ उपलब्ध असल्यास ५०० खाटांच्या रुग्णालयासाठी ८ ते १२ एकर, ३०० खाटांसाठी ६ ते ९ एकर, २०० खाटांसाठी ५ ते ७ एकर आणि १०० खाटांच्या रुग्णालयासाठी ३ ते ५ एकर जमीन लागेल, असे विवरण शासनाने दिले आहे. अनेक वर्षांपासून जमीन उपलब्धता आणि प्रचंड किमतीमुळे रुग्णालय प्रकल्पांना लागणारा अडथळा कायम होता. विनामूल्य जमीन उपलब्धतेचा हा निर्णय त्या अडथळ्याला निर्णायकपणे दूर करणारा ठरणार आहे.
या निर्णयाबाबत महसूलमंत्री चंद्रशेखर बावनकुळे म्हणाले, “कामगारांच्या आरोग्याची काळजी घेणे सरकारचे कर्तव्य आहे. जमिनीच्या किमती अथवा उपलब्धतेअभावी अनेक रुग्णालय प्रकल्प रखडतात. ही अडचण दूर करून कामगारांना त्यांच्या घराजवळच उच्च दर्जाची उपचारसुविधा मिळावी, म्हणूनच आम्ही ईएसआयसी रुग्णालयांसाठी जमीन पूर्णपणे मोफत देण्याचा निर्णय घेतला आहे.” राज्य सरकारच्या या निर्णयामुळे कामगारांसाठी आधुनिक, परवडणाऱ्या आणि सुलभ आरोग्यसेवा उभारणीचा मार्ग अधिक प्रशस्त झाल्याचे स्पष्टपणे जाणवू लागले आहे.

पाणीपुरवठा, रस्ते, गटार व्यवस्था, स्वच्छता तसेच युवकांना विकासाच्या प्रवाहात आणण्यासाठी क्रीडा व शिक्षण सुविधा निर्माण करण्याचे नियोजन त्यांनी मांडले आहे.
नागरिकांमध्येही चांगले समाधान दिसून येत असून सार्वजनिक चर्चेत “यावेळी पारदर्शक, स्वच्छ प्रतिमा असणाऱ्या उमेदवाराला संधी द्यायची” अशी भावना निर्माण होत असल्याचे दिसते. प्रभागातील ज्येष्ठ नागरिक, महिला तसेच तरुण वोटर्सकडून अहिरे यांना अपेक्षित पाठिंबा मिळत असल्याचे चित्र प्रचार दौऱ्यांदरम्यान दिसत आहे.
अविनाश अहिरे यांनी माध्यमांशी बोलताना सांगितले की,
“मी नेहमी सर्व सामान्य नागरिकांसाठी उपलब्ध असेन. निवडणूक ही केवळ पदासाठी नव्हे तर लोकसेवा व प्रभागाच्या विकासासाठी आहे. जनतेचा विश्वास टिकवून त्यांच्या आशा-अपेक्षित दिशेने काम करणे हेच माझे ध्येय आहे.”प्रभाग क्रमांक ११ मध्ये निवडणूक रंगतदार होण्याची चिन्हे दिसत असून अपक्ष उमेदवार अविनाश अहिरे यांच्या सततच्या संपर्क व जनाधारामुळे निवडणुकीत त्यांचा प्रभाव ठळकपणे उमटत आहे.

जामनेर नगराध्यक्षपदासाठी राष्ट्रवादी काँग्रेस (शरद पवार गट), काँग्रेस आणि शिवसेना (शिंदे गट) यांनीही उमेदवार रिंगणात उतरवले होते. मात्र निवडणुकीच्या तोंडावर २० नोव्हेंबर रोजी तिन्ही पक्षांच्या उमेदवारांनी अनपेक्षितपणे माघार घेतली.
या घडामोडीनंतर साधना महाजन यांची बिनविरोध निवड निश्चित झाली, आणि भाजपच्या निवडणूक प्रचाराला मोठा उत्साह मिळाला.
जळगाव जिल्ह्यातील पहिली बिनविरोध नगराध्यक्ष निवड
साधना महाजन यांच्या विजयामुळे जामनेर नगरपालिका हा जळगाव जिल्ह्यातील पहिला बिनविरोध नगराध्यक्ष निवडणारा नगरपालिका क्षेत्र ठरला आहे. या आधी जिल्ह्यात नगरसेवक पदासाठी बिनविरोध निवडणुका झाल्या असल्या तरी नगराध्यक्षपदासाठी अशा प्रकारची घटना प्रथमच घडली आहे.
जामनेरमध्ये भाजपची भक्कम आघाडी
जामनेर नगरपरिषद निवडणुकीत भाजपने २७ पैकी ५ जागा बिनविरोध मिळवल्या आहेत. त्यामुळे एकूण निकालापूर्वीच भाजपची घोडदौड स्पष्ट दिसत आहे. गिरीश महाजन यांनी या निवडणुकीसाठी प्रचंड मेहनत घेतली होती. प्रचारात त्यांनी स्वतः प्रत्यक्ष सहभाग घेत स्थानिक पातळीवर पक्ष संघटना अधिक मजबूत केली.
