भडगाव नगरपरिषद निवडणुकीची रणधूमाळी सुरू असताना विविध पक्षांनी प्रचारमोहीम वेगात सुरू केली आहे. याच पार्श्वभूमीवर भाजपतर्फे भडगावात उद्या मोठ्या जाहीर सभेचे आयोजन करण्यात आले आहे. या सभेत भाजपचे प्रदेशाध्यक्ष तथा राज्याचे माजी सार्वजनिक बांधकाम विभागाचे मंत्री रवींद्र चव्हाण हे प्रमुख पाहुणे म्हणून उपस्थित राहणार आहेत.
ही सभा गुरुवार, दि. २७ नोव्हेंबर रोजी सकाळी ११ वाजता भडगाव शहरातील आझाद चौकात होणार असून पक्षाच्या प्रचारमोहीमेची दणदणीत सुरुवात यानिमित्ताने होणार आहे. लोकनियुक्त नगराध्यक्ष सुशीला ताई शांताराम पाटील तसेच सर्व उमेदवार सभेला उपस्थित राहणार आहेत.
सभेच्या तयारीसाठी भाजपचे जळगाव जिल्ह्यातील प्रमुख नेते, पदाधिकारी आणि स्थानिक कार्यकर्ते सक्रिय झाले आहेत. सोशल मीडियावरही प्रचाराला गती मिळाली असून चव्हाण यांच्या आगमनामुळे पक्षाच्या कार्यकर्त्यांमध्ये उत्साहाचे वातावरण आहे. सभेला मोठी गर्दी अपेक्षित असल्याची माहिती भाजपच्या वर्तुळातून देण्यात आली.
नगरपरिषद निवडणुकीत भाजप आपले बळ वाढवण्याच्या रणनीतीत असून या सभेत उमेदवारांची मूलभूत भूमिका, आगामी विकास आराखडे तसेच स्थानिक प्रश्नांवर पक्षाची भूमिका स्पष्ट करण्यात येणार आहे. शहरातील पाणीपुरवठा, रस्ते, स्वच्छता, मूलभूत सुविधा आणि नागरिकांच्या विविध अडचणींसंदर्भात उपाययोजना जाहीर होण्याची शक्यता व्यक्त केली जात आहे.
कार्यक्रमाच्या यशस्वीतेसाठी शहर व तालुका स्तरावरील सर्व कार्यकर्ते मोठ्या प्रमाणावर मेहनत घेत असून नागरिकांनी उपस्थित राहून सभा यशस्वी करावी, असे आवाहन भाजप नेतृत्वाकडून करण्यात आले आहे.
भडगाव तालुक्यातील राजकीय घडामोडींना वेग देणारी महत्वाची घटना आज घडली. भारतीय जनता युवा मोर्चाचे माजी शहराध्यक्ष निलेश साहेबराव महाजन यांच्यासह शेकडो कार्यकर्त्यांनी शिवसेना पक्षात मोठ्या उत्साहात जाहीर प्रवेश केला. आमदार किशोर आप्पा पाटील यांच्या नेतृत्वावर, विकासकामांवर आणि सर्वसामान्य जनतेशी असलेल्या थेट व संवेदनशील संवाद शैलीवर विश्वास ठेऊन हा प्रवेश करण्यात आल्याचे या प्रसंगी स्पष्ट करण्यात आले.
कार्यक्रमात प्रवेश घेणाऱ्या नव्या कार्यकर्त्यांचे शिवबंधन बांधून आणि गुलाब पुष्प देऊन स्वागत करण्यात आले. निलेश महाजन यांनी सांगितले की, “आमदार किशोर आप्पा पाटील यांच्या माध्यमातून भडगाव तालुक्यात होत असलेले विकासकाम, युवकांना मिळणारे प्रोत्साहन आणि सर्वसामान्यांसाठी सदैव उभे राहण्याची त्यांची भूमिका पाहून आम्ही शिवसेनेत प्रवेश करण्याचा निर्णय घेतला.”
या कार्यक्रमाला शिवसेना युवा जिल्हाप्रमुख लखीचंद पाटील, माजी प्रथम नागराध्यक्ष शशिकांत येवले, डॉ. प्रमोद पाटील, तालुका शाखेचे विविध पदाधिकारी तसेच मोठ्या संख्येने कार्यकर्ते उपस्थित होते. उपस्थित मान्यवरांनी नव्या कार्यकर्त्यांचे स्वागत करून त्यांच्या आगमनामुळे पक्षाला नवी ऊर्जा आणि बळ मिळाल्याचे नमूद केले.
लखीचंद पाटील यांनी आपल्या भाषणात सांगितले की, “भडगाव तालुक्यातील युवकांचा वाढता विश्वास ही आमदार किशोर आप्पा पाटील यांच्या कार्यशैलीची पावती आहे. नव्या कार्यकर्त्यांच्या सहभागामुळे शिवसेनेची ताकद आणखी वाढणार आहे.”

मृत नवरदेवाचे नाव अमोल प्रकाश गोडबोले (वय ३२, रा. पुसला) असे आहे. तो पुसला येथील तलाठी कार्यालयात कोतवाल म्हणून कार्यरत होता. त्याचा विवाह नागपूर जिल्ह्यातील मोवाड येथील 26 वर्षीय युवतीशी ठरला होता. मनमिळाऊ स्वभावामुळे अमोलच्या लग्नाच्या तयारीला संपूर्ण गावानेच हातभार लावला होता. गावातील मंगल कार्यालयात 25 नोव्हेंबर रोजी सकाळी साडेअकरा वाजता वाजत-गाजत विवाह पार पडला. मंगलाष्टके संपली, पाहुण्यांनी शुभेच्छांचा वर्षाव केला आणि विधीसाठी सर्वजण व्यासपीठावर येण्यासाठी उत्सुक होते.
मात्र, आनंदाचे वातावरण असतानाच सुमारे दोन तासांनंतर अनपेक्षित घटना घडली. खुर्चीवर बसलेला नवरदेव अमोल अचानक खाली कोसळला. नातेवाइकांनी धावपळ करून त्याला तातडीने जवळच्या खासगी रुग्णालयात हलविले; परंतु तेथे डॉक्टरांनी त्याला मृत घोषित केले. अमोलला तीव्र हृदयविकाराचा झटका आला होता, अशी प्राथमिक माहिती समोर आली आहे.
ही घटना इतकी आकस्मिक होती की लग्नासाठी जमलेले दोन्ही पक्ष आणि वन्हाडी सैरभैर झाले. वधूपक्षातील मंडळी तर धक्क्यातून सावरू शकत नव्हती. काहींनी वधूसह मंडळींना मोवाडला परत जाण्याचा सल्ला दिला. पुसला येथील मंगल कार्यालयच अमोलच्या घराजवळ असल्याने विवाह सोहळा इथेच भरविण्याचे दोन्ही कुटुंबांनी ठरवले होते. मात्र तो आनंदमय सोहळा औटघटकेचा ठरला.
रुग्णालयातील तपासणीनंतर अमोलचे पार्थिव शवविच्छेदनासाठी पाठविण्यात आले. त्यानंतर ते पुसला येथे आणण्यात आले. संध्याकाळी, ज्या लोकांसमोर विवाहाचे विधी पार पडले होते, त्यांच्याच उपस्थितीत अमोलवर अंत्यसंस्कार करण्यात आले. काही तासांतच मंगलाष्टकांपासून शोकमंत्रापर्यंत पोहचलेला हा प्रसंग पाहून गावात हळहळ व्यक्त केली जात आहे. अमोलच्या आकस्मिक निधनामुळे पुसला गावावर दुःखाचे सावट पसरले असून वधू-वरांचे कुटुंबीय अत्यंत कोसळलेल्या अवस्थेत आहेत. सुखी संसाराची स्वप्ने इतक्या अचानक तुटल्याने दोन्ही कुटुंबांवर दु:खाचा डोंगर कोसळला आहे.

परस्पर सहमतीने सुरू झालेल्या प्रेमसंबंधांचा शेवट झाला म्हणून त्याला ‘बलात्काराचा गुन्हा’ ठरवता येणार नाही, असा अत्यंत महत्त्वपूर्ण आणि दूरगामी परिणाम करणारा निर्णय सर्वोच्च न्यायालयाने सोमवारी (२४ नोव्हेंबर) दिला. विवाहाचे आश्वासन देऊन फसवणूक केल्याचा आरोप कोणत्या परिस्थितीत ‘बलात्कार’ म्हणून ग्राह्य धरता येतो, याचे स्पष्ट निकषही खंडपीठाने निश्चित केले
यावेळी झालेल्या सुनावणीत आरोपीविरुद्ध दाखल प्रकरणही रद्द करण्यात आले. जस्टिस बी. व्ही. नागरत्ना आणि जस्टिस आर. महादेवन यांच्या खंडपीठाने ही याचिका ऐकून निर्णय दिला. न्यायालयाने स्पष्ट केले की, विवाहाचे खोटे आश्वासन देऊन बलात्कार केल्याचा आरोप सिद्ध करण्यासाठी ठोस पुरावे असणे गरजेचे आहे.
केवळ एखाद्या नात्याचा शेवट निराशेमुळे किंवा मतभेदांमुळे झाला म्हणून त्याला बलात्कार मानता येणार नाही. परस्पर संमतीने नात्यात असलेल्या कपलचे नाते जर नंतर तुटले, तर त्यावरून गुन्हेगारी कारवाई करता येणार नाही. सुरुवातीला संमतीने जुळलेले नाते जर पुढे जाऊन विवाहात परिवर्तित झाले नाही, तर त्याला गुन्हेगारी रंग देता येणार नाही. असा थेट आदेश कोर्टाने दिला आहे.
सर्वोच्च न्यायालयाने म्हटले की बलात्काराचा गुन्हा सिद्ध करण्यासाठी तो पहिल्यापासून खोटं बोलत होता याचे पुरावे असावेत. तसेच पीडितेने त्या आश्वासनावर विश्वास ठेवूनच संमती दिली, हेही स्पष्ट असले पाहिजे. “बलात्कार आणि परस्पर संमतीने झालेले लैंगिक संबंध यामध्ये स्पष्ट फरक आहे. आरोपीला खरंच विवाह करायचा होता की केवळ वासनेपोटी खोटे आश्वासन दिले होते, याची बारकाईने पडताळणी न्यायालयाने करावी.” असा निर्वाळा सर्वोच्च न्यायालयाने दिला आहे.
हायकोर्टाचा निर्णय रद्द
यापूर्वी छत्रपती संभाजीनगर खंडपीठाने येथील एका वकिलाविरुद्ध दाखल असलेला बलात्काराचा गुन्हा रद्द करण्यास नकार दिला होता. वर्ष २०२४ मध्ये दाखल या एफआयआरमध्ये फिर्यादी महिला विवाहित असून पतीपासून वेगळी राहत होती. तिची ओळख २०२२ मध्ये एका प्रकरणात मदत करताना त्या वकिलाशी झाली. त्यातून त्यांच्यात जवळीक वाढली आणि शारीरिक संबंध झाले.
महिलेची तक्रार होती की वकिलाने तिला लग्नाचे आश्वासन दिले, परंतु नंतर माघार घेतली. तिचे आरोप असेही होते की या काळात ती अनेक वेळा गर्भवती झाली, परंतु तिच्या संमतीने गर्भपात करण्यात आले. नंतर वकिलाने लग्नास नकार दिला आणि धमक्या दिल्यानंतर, महिलेने विवाहाचे खोटे आमिष दाखवून बलात्कार केल्याची तक्रार नोंदवली.
वकिलाचे आरोप
आरोपी वकिलाने सर्वोच्च न्यायालयात सांगितले की फिर्याद बदला घेण्याच्या हेतूने दाखल करण्यात आली आहे. तसेच त्याने असा दावा केला की त्याने महिलेला दीड लाख रुपये देण्यास नकार दिल्यानंतरच ही तक्रार करण्यात आली. आरोपीचे म्हणणे होते की तीन वर्षांच्या नात्यादरम्यान महिलेनं कधीही लैंगिक अत्याचाराची तक्रार केली नव्हती.
तक्रारीतून हे दिसते की दोघांच्या नात्यात अनेक वेळा भेटी झाल्या आणि संबंध हे केवळ संमतीनेच प्रस्थापित झाले, जबरदस्ती किंवा फसवणुकीचा उल्लेख नाही. खंडपीठाने म्हटले की परस्पर आकर्षणातून झालेल्या लैंगिक संबंधांना गुन्हा म्हणून गणले जाऊ शकत नाही, फक्त विवाहाचे आश्वासन पूर्ण झाले नाही म्हणून गुन्हा ठरू शकत नाही. खंडपीठ म्हणाले, “या प्रकरणात असे कुठेही आढळत नाही की आरोपीने फक्त शारीरिक सुखासाठी तिला फसवले आणि नंतर गायब झाला. हे नाते तब्बल तीन वर्षे टिकले. हा काळ खूप मोठा आहे. असे स्पष्ट स्टेटमेंट कोर्टाने दिले
भडगाव नगरपरिषद सार्वत्रिक निवडणूक 2025 च्या पार्श्वभूमीवर प्रभाग क्र. 9 चे उमेदवार योजना दत्तात्रय पाटील यांच्या प्रचाराचा शुभारंभ दि. 23 नोव्हेंबर 2025, रविवार रोजी मोठ्या जल्लोषात व उत्साहात पार पडला. सूर्य उगवताच समर्थकांनी एकच गर्दी केल्याने गुरुदत्त कॉलनी परिसरात निवडणुकीचे तापमान चांगलेच वाढले.
सकाळी अचूक 10 वाजता गुरुदत्त कॉलनी येथील गुरुदत्त मंदिरात नारळ वाढवून आणि मंदिरात विशेष पूजा अर्चना करून प्रचाराची सुरुवात करण्यात आली. उमेदवार योजना पाटील यांच्यासह कुटुंबिय, समर्थक व प्रभागातील नागरिकांची उपस्थिती उल्लेखनीय होती.
मान्यवरांची प्रभावी उपस्थिती
कार्यक्रमाला प्रभाग आणि शहरातील प्रतिष्ठित मान्यवरांनी उपस्थित राहून उमेदवार कोरोना योद्ध्या योजना पाटील यांना शुभेच्छा देत पाठिंब्याचा शब्द दिला. यामध्ये प्रमुख उपस्थिती —

योजना दत्तात्रय पाटील यांची निवडणुकीतील भूमिका व आश्वासने
प्रभागातील नागरिकांसमोर बोलताना योजना पाटील म्हणाल्या —
> “प्रभाग 9 च्या सर्वांगीण विकासासाठी, नागरिकांना सोयी-सुविधांचे हक्काचे शासन देण्यासाठी, महिलांसाठी सुरक्षित व प्रगत वातावरण आणि नोकरी-उद्योगासाठी युवकांना संधी मिळावी यासाठी आम्ही कटिबद्ध आहोत. प्रभागातील प्रत्येक समस्या ही आमची जबाबदारी आहे, आणि विकासाच्या माध्यमातून त्या सोडविण्याचा शब्द आम्ही देतो.”
नगरसेवक काळात रस्तेकाँक्रीटीकरण, गटारी बांधकाम, उद्याने, बाजार चौक ते पेठ गिरणा पुलासाठी प्रयत्न, भूमिगत बंधारा, पाणी पुरवठा योजना, केटीवेअर, सीसीटीव्ही, महिला सक्षमीकरण, स्वच्छता व पाणीपुरवठा व्यवस्थेचे नियोजन, ड्रेनेज सुधारणा, रस्ते व वीज सुविधा, उद्याने, कोरोना काळात किराणा किट, औषधी वाटप, पो.स्टे, तहसील, सरकारी दवाखाने, इ. कामात सदैव हजर असतात. शेतकरी केंद्रबिंदू मानत अनुदानासाठी प्रयत्न, निराधार आणि क्रीडाविकास ही प्राधान्याची क्षेत्रे असल्याचेही त्यांनी स्पष्ट केले.
शोभायात्रा आणि घरदार संपर्काला उत्स्फूर्त प्रतिसाद
प्रचार शुभारंभानंतर भव्य शोभायात्रा गुरुदत्त कॉलनीपासून सुरू झाली. महिला, युवक, वयोवृद्ध असे सर्वच वयोगटातील नागरिक हातात पक्षाचे झेंडे, बॅनर व फेस्टून घेऊन सहभागी झाले. ढोल–ताशांच्या गजरात, घोषणांनी परिसर दणाणून गेला.
यानंतर सुरू झालेल्या घरदार संपर्क मोहिमेला प्रभागातील मतदारांचा मोठा प्रतिसाद मिळत असून अनेक नागरिकांनी “विकासासाठी योजना पाटील” असा स्पष्ट पाठिंबा जाहीर केला.
निवडणूक वातावरण तापले — प्रभागात चर्चांना उधाण
प्रचार शुभारंभातील मोठी गर्दी पाहता प्रभाग 9 मध्ये पुढील काही दिवसांत निवडणूक लढत अधिक रंगतदार होणार असून विविध राजकीय चर्चांना उधाण आले आहे. उमेदवार योजना पाटील यांच्या उमेदवारीमुळे स्पर्धा अधिक तीव्र होत असल्याचे राजकीय जाणकारांचे मत आहे.
