चाळीसगाव, दि. ५ डिसेंबर — चाळीसगाव ग्रामीण पोलीस स्टेशन हद्दीत चालू वर्षभरात गहाळ झालेल्या मोबाईल फोनच्या वाढत्या तक्रारींची दखल घेत पोलिस प्रशासनाने गहाळ मोबाईल शोध मोहिमेची गती वाढविली होती. या मोहिमेला मोठे यश मिळवत चाळीसगाव ग्रामीण पोलिसांनी एकूण ११ मोबाईल फोन (एकूण अंदाजे किंमत ₹१,१०,000) हस्तगत केले असून हे मोबाईल आज त्यांच्या मालकांना परत करण्यात आले.
वरिष्ठ अधिकाऱ्यांच्या सूचनेवरून कारवाई
गहाळ मोबाईल शोध मोहीम प्रभावीपणे राबवण्यासाठी पोलिस अधिक्षक जळगाव मा. डॉ. महेश्वर रेड्डी, अप्पर पोलिस अधिक्षक चाळीसगाव मा. सौ. कविता नेरकर आणि उपविभागीय पोलिस अधिकारी चाळीसगाव भाग मा. श्री विजयकुमार ठाकुरवाड यांनी नियमितपणे मासिक गुन्हे आढावा बैठकीत सूचना दिल्या होत्या. गहाळ मोबाईलच्या तक्रारींचे तांत्रिक विश्लेषण करून संबंधितांना न्याय मिळवून देण्याचे आदेश वरिष्ठांनी दिले होते.
सायबर पोलिसांची तांत्रिक मदत
मोबाईल धारकांनी तक्रार दाखल करताना दिलेल्या माहितीच्या आधारे सायबर पोलिस स्टेशन जळगाव यांनी तांत्रिक विश्लेषण करून मोबाईलचा लोकेशन व वापराचे तपशील शोधून काढले. सायबर पोलिसांनी मिळविलेल्या माहितीच्या आधारावर ग्रामीण पोलीस स्टेशनच्या पथकाने विविध ठिकाणी जाऊन तपास सुरू केला.
मोबाईल हस्तगत व तक्रारदारांना परत
या संयुक्त तपास मोहिमेतून ग्रामीण पोलिसांनी ११ मोबाईल हस्तगत केले. आज दिनांक ०५ डिसेंबर २०२५ रोजी चाळीसगाव उपविभागीय पोलिस कार्यालयात आयोजित कार्यक्रमात हे मोबाईल अप्पर पोलिस अधिक्षक मा. सौ. कविता नेरकर व उपविभागीय पोलिस अधिकारी मा. श्री विजयकुमार ठाकुरवाड यांच्या हस्ते तक्रारदारांना परत करण्यात आले. मोबाईल परत मिळाल्याने लाभार्थी नागरिकांनी पोलिसांचे मनापासून आभार व्यक्त केले.
कारवाईत विशेष सहभाग
या मोहिमेत चाळीसगाव ग्रामीण पोलिस स्टेशनचे सपोनि नितीन पाटील, सफौ युवराज नाईक, पोहेकॉ संदीप पाटील, पोकॉ विजय पाटील, पोकाँ बाळू बाविस्कर यांच्यासह सायबर पोलीस स्टेशन जळगाव येथील पोना ईश्वर पाटील, पोकॉ गौरव पाटील आणि पोकॉ मिलिंद जाधव यांनी विशेष परिश्रम घेतले.
पोलिसांची नागरिकांना विनंती
गहाळ झालेल्या मोबाईलची तक्रार त्वरित नोंदवावी तसेच मोबाईलचा आयएमईआय क्रमांक सुरक्षित ठेवावा, असे आवाहन ग्रामीण पोलिसांनी नागरिकांना केले आहे. त्वरित तक्रार नोंदवल्यास तांत्रिक तपास जलद होतो व मोबाईल शोधण्याची शक्यता वाढते, असेही पोलिसांनी सांगितले.

देशातील सर्वसामान्य बँक ग्राहकांसाठी महत्त्वाची बातमी. भारतीय रिझर्व्ह बँकेने (RBI) सेव्हिंग अकाऊंटसंबंधी मोठे बदल जाहीर केले असून Basic Savings Bank Deposit Account (BSBD) किंवा बेसिक सेव्हिंग्ज खाते आता अधिक सुलभ, स्वस्त आणि ग्राहक-अनुकूल बनणार आहे. या खात्यांवरील मिनिमम बॅलन्सची सक्ती पूर्णपणे रद्द करण्यात आली असून, अनेक सेवा मोफत दिल्या जाणार आहेत.
काय बदल झाले.?
RBI च्या नव्या नियमांनुसार BSBD खाते आता ‘सामान्य बँकिंग सेवा’ म्हणून गणले जाणार आहे. त्यामुळे कोणतीही व्यक्ती पूर्णपणे झिरो बॅलन्सवर हे खाते उघडू शकते. बँकेने किमान सरासरी शिल्लक (Minimum Average Balance – MAB) ठेवण्याची अट लावू नये, तसेच खाते शून्यावर गेल्यास दंड आकारण्यात येणार नाही.
मोफत मिळणाऱ्या सुविधा
RBI ने BSBD खाते अत्यंत सोपे आणि शून्य-खर्चाचे बनवण्यासाठी खालील सुविधा पूर्णपणे मोफत केल्या आहेत:
१) डेबिट कार्ड – पूर्णपणे मोफत
ATM/डेबिट कार्डचे कोणतेही वार्षिक शुल्क नाही.
ग्राहकांनी मागणी केल्यासच कार्ड दिले जाईल.
२) चेकबुक – मोफत
वर्षाला किमान २५ चेक पाने पूर्णपणे विनाशुल्क.
३) डिजिटल बँकिंग – पूर्णतः मोफत
UPI, NEFT, RTGS, IMPS, इंटरनेट बँकिंग आणि मोबाइल बँकिंग — या सर्व सुविधा कोणत्याही शुल्काशिवाय उपलब्ध राहतील.
४) ATM/शाखा व्यवहारांची मर्यादा
महिन्याला ४ मोफत पैसे काढणे (ATM किंवा शाखेतून).
त्यानंतर बँकेचे नियमित शुल्क लागू होईल.
मात्र UPI आणि इतर डिजिटल व्यवहार या मर्यादेत मोजले जाणार नाहीत — कितीही केले तरी मोफत.
५) हिडन चार्जेसला पूर्णविराम
बँका कोणतेही लपविलेले शुल्क (hidden charges) लावू शकत नाहीत.
जुने सेव्हिंग अकाऊंट BSBD मध्ये कसे बदलणार.?
आपले सध्याचे सामान्य Savings Account तुम्ही ७ दिवसांत मोफत BSBD खात्यात बदलू शकता.
बँकांना हा बदल बांधीलकीने व वेळेत करावा लागेल.
जुने BSBD खाते असेल तर नवीन सर्व सुविधा तात्काळ लागू होतील.
एका व्यक्तीला फक्त एकच BSBD खाते ठेवण्याची परवानगी.
खाते उघडण्यासाठी अटी
शून्य रुपये इनिशियल डिपॉझिट — एक पैसादेखील लागत नाही.
RBI च्या निर्णयामुळे BSBD खाते हे आता सर्वात स्वस्त, सोपं आणि ग्राहक-अनुकूल झिरो-बॅलन्स खाते ठरत आहे.आर्थिकदृष्ट्या दुर्बल व्यक्तींसाठी तर हे अधिक फायदेशीर, पण कोणतीही व्यक्ती—उत्पन्न, व्यवसाय किंवा वर्ग कोणताही असो—हे खाते उघडू शकते.
नवीन नियम कधी लागू.?
RBI च्या नव्या मार्गदर्शक तत्त्वांनुसार हे बदल टप्प्याटप्प्याने लागू होत आहेत आणि सर्व बँकांना त्याचे पालन अनिवार्य आहे.
ग्राहकांसाठी फायदा

राज्य नाट्य स्पर्धेच्या प्राथमिक फेरीत सहभागी झालेल्या सर्व संस्थांनी उपजत प्रतिभा आणि नाट्यकलेबद्दलची निष्ठा यांचे उत्कृष्ट दर्शन घडवले असून प्रेक्षकांनीही या दर्जेदार नाटकांना उत्स्फूर्त दाद दिली.

भडगाव तालुकाध्यक्षपदी ॲड. निलेश जवाहरलाल तिवारी यांची सर्वानुमते निवड करण्यात आली. कायदेविषयक क्षेत्रात त्यांचा दीर्घ अनुभव, विविध कायदेशीर प्रकरणांतील कामगिरी तसेच अधिवक्ता बांधवांमध्ये असलेला दुवा म्हणून त्यांची विशेष ओळख लक्षात घेता ही निवड योग्य ठरल्याचे मत उपस्थितांकडून व्यक्त झाले.
त्याचप्रमाणे तालुका उपाध्यक्ष म्हणून ॲड. ए. डी. बाग यांची तर सचिवपदी ॲड. विजय आनंदा महाजन यांची निवड करण्यात आली. दोन्ही पदाधिकारी दीर्घकाळापासून न्यायालयीन कार्यात सक्रिय असून संघटनात्मक कामातही त्यांचा उल्लेखनीय सहभाग आहे.
